I am sorry to hear of Marge's passing. I am one of the people to whom she sent a photo of a relative. Thanks to her I now have a picture of my great grandmother that I would never have had if it weren't for Marge. She bought it at an antique fair in 2008 and held onto it until a few months ago when I connected with her. She told me she didn't want it to end up on the walls at Cracker Barrel. That will always make me smile when I think of her.

Marjorie is much beloved in the genealogical community for all her kindnesses, not least of which is returning a remarkable 2,284 family photos to 1,562 people. Such generosity of spirit! And what a remarkable legacy she's left. I am grateful for having known her. My heartfelt condolences go to her entire family.

Hello Jack,

You have the deepewt ysmpathy of my wife and me. I have never anyone who found it anything but hard to lose a spouse.

As you know, Marge served for some years on the board of the Fox Vallry Genealpgicsal Soviety. During my years on that board, Marge made a paricularly important contribution toward increasinfg memership by meeting visitors to general meetings and immediately introducing them to meet other members who might have similar research interests.

She was good at making people feel welcpme.
