Anastasios Arapidis, 78, of Norwalk, died Sunday at home.
Born in Greece son of the late Konstantinos and Sophia Christoforides Arapidis. He was a thirty five year Norwalk resident and had been retired from Pepperidge Farm.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Anatoli; his beloved daughters Sofia, Fotini Papadopoulos and Dina Sarris; cherished grandsons Konstantinos (Gus) Papadopoulos, Anastasios (Andy) Papadopoulos, Panagiotis (Peter) Papadopoulos and Dimitrios Sarris; one great-grandson Lazaros Papadopoulos; his beloved sister Athina Tsaparakis; son-in-law Lazaros Papadopoulos and several relatives here and in Greece.

Services will be held Thursday at 10:00 AM in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 238 West Rocks Road, Norwalk. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
Friends may visit on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue, Norwalk.
