Lewiston, ME: Christopher R. Chadwick, age 23, of Chase Ave in Mexico, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. He was born in Ithaca, NY on January 18, 1990 a son of Robert G. and Laurie (Crapo) Chadwick. Chris attended schools in Ithaca, NY. He was employed with McDonalds, Hannaford, Mexico One Stop, Rent A Center, and most recently Color Tyme in Farmington. Chris loved listening to loud music and devoting time with his children, family and friends. He brought joy to the many people he touched and his smile will forever be missed. Surviving are his father, Robert G. Chadwick of West Bethel, ME; mother, Laurie Chadwick of Ithaca, NY; his Maine mom, Linda Zinck of Mexico; his daughter, Talor Rose Diane Michel-Chadwick of Mexico and Rumford; his son, Sean Lucien Michel-Chadwick of Mexico and Rumford; two sisters, Ashley Chadwick of Aurora, NY and Victoria Chadwick of Ithaca, NY; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Crapo of Florida; paternal grandfather, Ralph Rogers and companion Carol Thurston of King Ferry, NY; grandmother, Merilee "Grammy T" Thurston of Andover; aunts, Jackie Thurston and husband Danny of West Bethel, ME, Wendy Melby and husband Kim of Los Alamitos, CA, and Sharon Van Deuson and husband Jim of Cortland, NY; uncles, Josh Messier and domestic partner Ashley Brown of Rumford, Jon Thurston and wife Mary of Andover, Kurt Thurston of Andover, Alan Hunter and wife Laura of FL, Martin Crapo and wife Carrie of Cortland, NY, and Jason Crapo and wife Mary Jo of Cortland, NY; a nephew, Benjamin Jackson Arnold of Ithaca, NY; numerous cousins; and best friends, Whitney and CJ Senn. A Celebration of Chris's life with a service at 6 p.m. will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, at Dryden VFW, Rt. 13, Dryden, NY. Arrangements are under the care of S.G.
