Marion W. Nattier Obituary
Marion W. Nattier, 91, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, at Pine Village in Moundridge.

He was born June 10, 1923, in McPherson, to Sidney and Mabel (Pfauts) Nattier. On Aug. 29, 1943, he married Ida M. Unruh at Elbing, and she preceded him in death on Oct. 5, 2003. He was a member of the Burrton United Methodist Church in Burrton.

Marion was a farmer in N.W. Harvey County and worked at FCIC Insurance as an adjuster. He also worked at central livestock in Hutchinson for nearly 25 years. Marion enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and especially enjoyed time with his grandchildren on the farm.

He is survived by his daughter, Beverly and her husband Robert Fast of Moundridge; Sister in Law, Jean Ann Unruh of Sedgwick; Grandsons, Kevin and his wife Samantha Fast of Wellsville, Brian and his wife Kendra Fast of Moundridge, and J.J. and his wife Megan Voth of Hesston; Granddaughter, Carolyn and her husband Andrew Regier of Lenexa; Great Grandchildren, Aaron Fast and his Fiance Shonda Unruh, Spencer Fast, Peyton Fast, Leah Fast and Abby Regier; three Step Great Grandchildren, Katie, Grace and Jacob Newhouse.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter, Linda and brother, Albert Nattier.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Burrton United Methodist Church in Burrton, with The Reverend Kim Benson presiding. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Restlawn Gardens of Memory in Rural Newton. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday evening at Petersen Funeral Home, with the family receiving friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to Burrton United Methodist Church or Pine Village in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
