Edna Aultman Lampley of Lacombe, LA passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. She was born on January 19, 1928 in Sumrall, MS to Clifford Aultman and Nannie Mae Watts. Edna is survived by her brother Presley Aultman; her close loved ones Gloria Mascari and Christine Mayer; and her assumed grandson Nathaniel Frosch. Edna is preceded in death by her husband Alvin Lampley; her brother Paul David Aultman; her sister Martha B. Aultman; and her parents. Edna was a native of Sumrall, MS before moving to St. Tammany Parish in 1962. She had a very lively personality, enjoyed dancing, and was always on the go. She belonged to The Order of the Eastern Star and the Foreign Legion Auxiliary. In her later years, she would help care for those elder to her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Edna to be made to First Baptist Church Mandeville. Please sign the E.J. Edna you taught me so much in the last year and a half that I knew you. Being able to spend time with you each day was something I looked forward to. I've heard so many wonderful stories from your friends who knew you and that only makes me love you more. You finally got to go home. I will never forget you. You will remain in my heart .
