Marcia Kraft D'Amico, a native of New Orleans and Metairie currently a resident of Mandeville since 1987, passed away on September 6, 2016. Marcia was preceded in death by her husband Frank J. D'Amico. Marcia was the mother of Michael D. D'Amico (Janet) and Debra D'Amico Royerre (Frank); grandmother of Michelle D'Amico Horn (Greg), Matthew D'Amico, Melissa D'Amico Fortner (John), Lauren Royerre LeBlanc (Hunter), and Camille Royerre; and was excited about the coming birth of her great granddaughter, Charleston Marie LeBlanc, in December. She is preceded in death by her parents Edward J Kraft Sr. and Effie Dulion Kraft, and sister of the late Edward J Kraft Jr. and Arnaud J Kraft. Marcia was a teacher at St. Louis King of France in Jefferson Parish for many years. Marcia started her career in real estate in the mid 70s becoming one of the top agents on the Northshore and became one of the first women to receive the CCIM designation. Marcia was currently employed with Property One, Inc. as an associate broker. Marcia graduated Dominican High School and Loyola University. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at E J Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 12:00 PM till 2:00 PM with a Funeral Mass beginning at 2:00 PM.
