Phyllis Ann Gloer, 92, passed away January 15, 2020 at the Legacy at Highwoods Preserve in Tampa. Florida. She was born in Fremont, Ohio on December 18, 1927 to Lloyd and Philomena Rakaska. Phyllis will be interred with Donald L. Gloer at the Florida National Cemetery at Bushnell.
