Funeral services for Mr. Robert L. Gambino, 74, will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home with the Rev. C. S. Cascio officiating, eulogy by Thomas Gambino Jr. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Mr. Gambino was born on February 28, 1938 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on Thursday November 2, 2012 at LSU Heath Systems Monroe. He was a resident of Monroe, retired business agent with Local Carpenter 1811, a member of Lea Joiner Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge. He served with the United States Army, enjoyed raising his horses and was the "family supervisor".

He is preceded in death by his parents John G. and Myrtle Howell Gambino and a brother Johnny Mack Gambino.

He is survived by his wife Judy Boyett Gambino; his children Robbie Gambino, Thomas Gambino Sr., Cathy Romans and Greg Grayson; step children Chad Duncan and Cindy Barber; his twin brother Raymond Gambino and wife Gail; also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 step grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Ray Gambino Jr., David Lee Gambino, Cody Casico, Clint Boyett, Dusty Boyett and Robert Raymond "Little Ray" Gambino.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Powell, Duncan Boyett and William "Butch" Corbin Jr.

Friends may call for visitation on Monday 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
