Donald Neubauer(1959 - 2013)

Neubauer, Donald B.

Donald B. Neubauer passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013, at the age of 54 at the Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac, WI. Don had been enduring the degenerative brain disease PSP for the past several years.

Don was born June 5, 1959, and raised in Oshkosh WI, son of the late Donald H. Neubauer and Jean I. Neubauer. He graduated from Oshkosh North High School and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Business Administration. Don worked for AAA Wisconsin and Charlotte NC. Most recently, Don was VP of Operations for Club Assist in Orlando FL. Don enjoyed following all Wisconsin sports throughout his life - Packers, Brewers, Badgers and even the Bucks - along with cold beers of course! Don enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time with his daughters who meant the world to him. Don loved his friends and was quick-witted and loved to laugh - a trait that remained even while in hospice.

Survivors include his daughters Kimberly (Chris) Haring of Green Bay, Courteney Neubauer and Caitlin Neubauer in Charlotte NC; his mother, Jean Petts in Wautoma, sister Vicki Lewis (Don Hagge) in Oregon, brothers Jeff (Anita) Neubauer in Wyoming, Tim (Joyce) Neubauer in Oshkosh, Bob (Liz) Petts of Schofield, and Jason Petts in Oshkosh.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home (Westside) with the Rev. Richard Kreager officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
