Oshkosh - Barbara Ann Knobloch, age 90, of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. She was born in Oshkosh on March 16, 1928, daughter of James and Barbara (Schmitz) Smick. Barbara was a life-long member of Saint Vincent Parish, now St. Jude the Apostle. One of her greatest pleasures was playing the organ for church services.

She hunted for the Sawdust Days buttons with her son Richard and together they found 13 buttons. She and her sister Patricia enjoyed several adventurous travels and always came home with stories about the unusual and funny things that happened along the way.

Knobloch, Oshkosh; grandchildren Lynne (Carl) Fedders, Leanne (David) Schug, Kelly (Stephen) Sturm, Kristi Knobloch, Barbara (Matthew) McDonough, James Knobloch, Sara (Drew) Kirkman, and Steven (Alex) Knobloch; sixteen great-grandchildren; brothers Robert (Margie) Smick, Cave Creek, AZ and George (Rita) Smick, Portage, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Richard Knobloch, brother James Smick, sister Patricia Beck, and stillborn great-granddaughter Anna Sturm.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018 at St. Jude Parish, St. Vincent church, Oshkosh, WI with Rev. Matt Rappl as celebrant.
