Pine River - Brian J. Everson, age 58, of Pine River, died unexpectedly at his home on June 12, 2018. He was born on January 13, 1960 in Berlin, WI the son of the James and the late Sandra(Looker)Everson. Brian graduated from Wild Rose High School where he excelled at basketball and football. He then managed the Brushville Cheese Factory before it closed. He then drove milk truck for Weyauwega Star Dairy. Brian was currently driving truck for L&L Propane. On September 22, 2001, Brian married Linda Malliet at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Poy Sippi. Brian was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church where he served as an usher and trustee. He enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, NASCAR and liked to bowl. Brian was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and attended many games with his dad over the years. Brian is survived by his wife, Linda; his son, Jesse; his dad, James(LaVonne)Everson; brother, Brad; sister, Bethany(Karl)Wohlt, and their daughters, Makana and Mckinlee; step-son, Christopher Ferge; two step-daughters, Amy Ferge and Crystal Bentzler; grandchildren, Karly and Connor Christian, Eva Zapatero and Kennlynn, Kensley and Kyla Bentzler; mother-in-law, Charlotte Larsen; uncles, Lloyd(Genevive)Everson and Tom(Karen)Everson; aunt, Jane(Hugh)Jones; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Randy(Colleen)Fletcher, Pam(Bob)Delzer, Brenda(Larry)Guyette, Muggs(Mark)Rodgers, Phyllis VanArk and Michelle Malliet; step-brother, Andy(Cricket)Handrich; step-sister, Tia(Darin)Kath; other relatives and friends. He was preceded by his mother, Sandy and a brother, Bruce. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10AM at Emmaus Lutheran Church, W2185 County Rd. H, Poy Sippi. Rev. Mark Meier will officiate. Inurnment will be in Brushville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, at the Lewin Funeral Home from 4-7PM and on Saturday, at the church from 9AM until the time of service.
