Wayne Oliver Mentink, Sr., age 82 of rural Wild Rose, Town of Mount Morris, passed away early Monday morning, November 18, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh.

He is the beloved husband of Donna Rae (Nass Kalkofen) Mentink, and was Chairman of the Town of Mount Morris, Waushara County at the time of his passing. Wayne was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War.

Among his survivors are his wife, 2 sons, Glenn (Sue) and Wayne, Jr., both of Neshkoro and a daughter, Linda Mentink of Columbus, NE.

MEMORIAL SERVICES for Wayne Oliver Mentink, Sr. will be held Sunday, November 24, at 3:00 P.M. at the Ruminski Funeral Home in Redgranite. The Rev. Paul Brinkman will officiate. The family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Sunday Only at the Funeral Home prior to the Memorial Services.

Wayne's family extends Special Thanks to Dr. Tom Klinkhammer, and the nurses at Mercy Medical Center for the kind, wonderful care they gave Wayne and his family.

Memorials will be appreciated in Wayne's memory in place of flowers.

Wane was such a dear man, and all of us know how much he will be missed by your family. Sandy and Ken Wrezenski, Loretta and Scott Wrezenski, Brianna Seipp and Aidan Hebert, Jackie Haefner,
