Great-grandmother of Garret Pagett and Cali Pagett. Dear sister of Shirley Rusaw. Sister-in-law of Mickey Todd, Grant and Lynn Pagett and Arthur and Laurie Pagett. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews whom she deeply loved. Private family interment Rosemount Memorial Garden.

When I think of Velma I think of an angel here on earth. I loved her special and recall many heartfelt prayers she shared with me. I know there is a special place in heaven for her now.

Velma always had a positive and welcoming disposition. It was a pleasure meeting up with her over the years at their home on Harold Drive, and most recently under the fine care of staff at St. Joseph's at Fleming. Always supportive of Glenn, Velma will be missed by him, the extended family and friends. Through your sadness, we know you will remember Velma's winning smile. Her light still shines in each of you.
