To Liz & the extended Palmer family
We were very shocked to hear of the passing of John and send our very deepest sympathy to you all. John was a very loyal friend who I first met in my youth doing a paper round in Miramar. I then became friends with Richard & Helen as well. Carol & I are going to miss the regular phone calls, funny stories, jokes and practical pranks. John will always be remembered for the funny smirk on his face as you would never know what he was going to say or do next. He was always my "go to" Miramar Historian! John, it is time to rest in peace now and we will always treasure the wonderful memories we have.
