Good memories from 60+ years ago at St Bernard's College and St Leo's Scouts in the 1960's. Brendan was a good mentor at Brookfield sout camps in Wainuiomata. Haven't seen him in 60 years but as soon as I saw the photo I knew it was him. Condolences to his family. Dennis Gibbs

My condolences at this difficult time - Brendan offered great support to me through both our involvement on the Board of Ducks Unlimited and through Rod & Rifle when I was the Weatherby Agent - he was a fountain of waterfowling knowledge and will be missed by many in the hunting and shooting fraternity.

Our condolences - had quite a few good nights at Duck Camp & various meetings over the years - he will be sadly missed in the Duck Shooting community, especially his knowledge & humour.

Condolences to the family. May you be showered with lots of love and strength. I met Brendon years ago when he was 'Mr Rod & Rifle magazine'. He was very kind to myself and my son. A really nice man. Will be dearly missed here on earth but no doubt flying around with angels wings right now. Lots of love to the family.
