MORRISDALE - James A. Moslak, 81, of Morrisdale, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, State College.
Born Sept. 10, 1939 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Andrew and Veronica (Havran) Moslak.
On Aug. 30, 1958, at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Winburne, he wed Shirley A. (Wilkinson) Moslak, who survives at home.
Also surviving are his children, James M. Moslak and wife Billie of Morrisdale, Christina Reams and husband Emerson of Morrisdale; his grandchildren, James T. Moslak and his wife Mary Beth of Munson, Ryenne Burns and husband Fred of Morrisdale, E.J. Reams of Morrisdale, Greyson Reams of Morrisdale; his great-grandchildren, Lila Moslak, Rhett Moslak and Blake Burns.
Also surviving are his siblings, Kathleen Marruzi of Philadelphia, Winifred Quinn of Philipsburg, and Harold "Sonny" Moslak and wife Ella of Morrisdale.
James was a member of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Morrisdale and was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus 8701, Morrisdale.
He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during the Vietnam Era.
There will be no public visitation.
A private memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Morrisdale with the Rev. Fr. Robert J. Horgas as celebrant.
Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 25 St. Agnes Drive, Morrisdale, PA 16858.
