GRASSFLAT - Jerome E. Moslak, 74, of Grassflat, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 6, 2021 at UPMC Altoona.

Born May 17, 1946 at the former Philipsburg Hospital, Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Hudak) Moslak.

On Aug. 31, 1968 at the former Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church, Winburne, he wed Victoria (Allen) Moslak, who survives at home.

Also surviving are his children, Michael P. Moslak and Marisa C. Moslak; his grandchildren, Davidson Moslak, Kelsey Moslak; his great-grandchild, Olivia Rose Moslak; and his sister, Bernadine Johnson and husband Eugene.

Along with his parents, he was preceded by his sisters, Jean, Josephine and Marcella; and his twin brother, Joseph Moslak.

Mr. Moslak was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Grassflat. He was a 1964 graduate of West Branch High School, Allport and was a lifetime member of the Iron Workers Local 772 and Local 3 Clearfield.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He and his twin brother, Joe, served together in Vietnam during the conflict. He received the National Defense Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Good conduct Medal and the Expert (Rifle M-14) Medal.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Family suggests memorial contributions may be made in his name to Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, P.O. Box 159, Frenchville, PA 16836-0159; or Veteran's Welfare Fund, Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, P.O. Box 319, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648-0319.
