Asbjurg MOAN Obituary
(nee Antonsen)
Went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the age of 97. Asbjurg is survived by her children Clarice (Terry) Anderton, Harold (Kathy), Evelyn (Warren) Anderton, Grace Dowker, ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Mom was known for her gentle and kind spirit, her love of family, music, her "projects," travel and fishing. Tuna fishing with dad was her favourite. We were all glad that the Lord made sure that her last home was at Oceanview where the staff were kind, gave her wonderful care and her bed was by the window with a view of the ocean. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we are all rejoicing that she is celebrating in Heaven with her husband Chris and loved ones. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 14660 - 72 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. In lieu of flowers donations to Far East Broadcasting (FEB Canada) or the charity of your choice.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I have special memories of your Mom and Dad at dinners at your parents' home and at other family gatherings. It is good to see that your Mom was receiving care in a place with a view of the ocean.
