Jaime PONTE Obituary
1936 - 2013
Born in Sta. Barbara da Ribeira Grande, S. Miguel, Azores. Passed away peacefully on June 15, 2013 in Burnaby, BC at the age of 76. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Belarmina, sons Jaime Jr. (Kristine), Victor (Nicole); five grandchildren Olivia, Marissa, Matthew, Jada and Sadie, many family and friends. We would like to thank nurses and doctors at Burnaby General Hospital Palliative for the care they provide to Dad. Prayers will be said 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Our Lady of Fatima Church 1423 E. 13th Ave. Vancouver, BC. Where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 20, Rev. Leonardo Rocha celebrant. Entombment to follow at Ocean View South Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations in Mr. Ponte's memory can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.

TIO Jaime will be sadly missed but fondly remembered always. always quick to laugh and a very loving person. my prayers to the family and tio always.
