Angela GATTI Obituary
November 12, 1932 – May 8, 2015
Angela was a remarkable woman of courage; strength and faith and she passed away peacefully surrounded by her children and loved ones at the age of 82. She will be profoundly missed by her family, and her smile and laughter will be forever in our hearts. She was predeceased by her loving husband Germano, and is survived by her children Domenico; Jo (Mimmo) Zaurrini; Antonietta; Elisa (Carlos) Grosso; and grandchildren Nicolette, Kayla, Carli, Julia and her beloved four-legged friend Armani. She also leaves her brother-in-law Luciano (Vittoria) and family and many relatives, nieces, nephews and friends. A viewing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13 at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC. The mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 14 at 1:00 p.m., St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, service by Father Eugenio Aloisio, celebrant. Entombment to follow at the South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial St., Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
