I wish to extend my sympathies to Cec's family and friends upon becoming aware of his passing. I worked with Cec at the Tribune for several years and came to respect so greatly his skill as a new photographer. I admired him, I enjoyed his company, a person of humor and enormous decency. Cec was a wonderful, giving, sharing man and a great teacher. My mom and I and my husband) attended Bible Study under his direction (and ably assisted by his wife Marg) for many enjoyable years. He was talented in many areas -- and we also appreciated his generous giving of time to the service to St. David's Church. His work with the Tribune, photography and featured articles was remarkable. He will be missed by many. My heartfelt sympathies go to Marg and her family...
