(nee Schm?kel) Passed away in her 84th year at St. Mary's Hospital on March 8, 2021. Beloved wife of Peter Desombre. They were married in 1958 in Berlin and emigrated to Canada. Dear mother of Rene Desombre (Wendy Woods). Loved Oma of Ella, Gibson and Oliver. Dear sister in law of Ruth Schm?kel and Detlef Desombre. Margot was predeceased by her brother in law Klaus Schm?kel. She will be missed by the many friends she has made over the years. A special thank you to the doctors and staff in the ICU at St. Mary's for their professional and compassionate care. A celebration of Margot's life will take place at a later date when we are safely able to gather.
