Eileen M. Snyder

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Eileen Snyder of Vineland, aged 96 years, on July 20, 2021. We will miss her. When you love someone, even 96 years isn't quite enough. Beloved wife of Ralph (d. 2009), and loving mother of Dr. Brian Snyder of Toronto, Predeceased by a daughter Cheryl in 2004. Dear sister of Willis Hallman, and his wife Katherine, Kansas City, USA, and of Beatrice Steckley (nee Hallman), and her husband Roy (d. 2018), Kitchener, ON. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Ralph and Eileen were fruit growers in Vineland Station for many years.
The family will have a private visitation and funeral at 1 p.m., at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St., on Tuesday, July 27th at 1 p.m. For those wishing to view the service, it will begin at 2:00 p.m. Please follow this link to view the livestream. Tallman Funeral Homes Facebook Page. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Vineland Cemetery, beside the First Mennonite Church, 3557 Rittenhouse Rd, in Vineland. This will be open to the public. A reception will be held at 3:30 p.m. at Grand Oak Culinary Market 4600 Victoria Ave, at corner of Green Lane and Victoria Ave, Vineland Station. All are welcome. If desired, memorial donations to Mennonite Central Committee would be appreciated by the family.
