I remember Bunny from my days in the 80's whilst working Marine Police in St. George and visiting the boatyard a few times for haulage and some maintenance.
Very good at his job on the tammy lift and working the steam engine to haul much larger vessels.
A few years after I left the Police I worked at Myers with him and so many other characters and learned a lot.
He could handle any vessel as I worked with him a few times on the Darmy and Spanish Queen a few times when he filled in. Could dock a boat in a storm and you would never know it was blowing like hell.
A great worker and down to earth.
Rest in peace old friend.
