Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday March 8, 2021 at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe. Antonio Medeiros of Simcoe and formerly of Port Rowan in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Norbina Medeiros who predeceased him October 3, 2015. Loving father of Dena Medeiros and partner Ken Orr of Simcoe, Christine and her husband Ed Verboom of Simcoe, Frank of Vittoria and Paul and his wife Vicki of Port Rowan. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Jennifer, Tony, Jeff, Holly, Kayla and by his great grandchildren Nash, Leo, Jax and Kaid. Predeceased by his sister Dina and husband Joe Rouqe. Antonio was the last surviving member of his family having immigrated from Azores and finally retiring in Long Point. A private family Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 13, 2021. Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Langton. A Celebration of Antonio's life will take place at a later date In lieu of flowers, donations to the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
