Condolences to family and friends. I was very sad to hear of Janet´s passing. She was a truly wonderful person. I first met her in Girl Guides where she was my patrol leader. Later, she worked at the department store at Center Mall in Hamilton with my mother and as she went into nursing, Janet would keep me up to date on her experiences in training and help grow my own interest in a nursing career.
When I left the O.R. at the Henderson Hospital, it was my understanding that she got my job after working for years in labour & delivery. Janet was a true credit to the nursing profession. I know she is missed by many. I just wanted to say, I remember her now and from time to time, when she comes to mind, a smile crosses my face. She made an impact on my life for sure.
