Michelle, my sincere condolences to you, children, grand children and members of the family. I worked with John in the Appraisal Department at the Hamilton Office, CMHC for approximately 15 years. John was a very talented appraiser, was a whiz with spreadsheets and developed several analytical tools for the department and Branch.

Michele and family, our thoughts and prayers are with during this sad time. May your cherished memories help to ease your grief. My mom Nancy Docherty, my late husband Stan and I worked with John for many years. He used to give my mom a ride home up the mountain. He was so enthusiastic about the CMHC baseball team also for many years. Take care of yourself, with our condolences, Linda Neave, Nancy Docherty, (CMHC)

I had the privilege of working with John and I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. Please know he had friends across the province due to his working with a great group of appraisers at CMHC. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
