Passed away peacefully at The Seasons on March 15, 2021 in her 100th year. Gone to be reunited with her husband and soulmate Wilfred(2003). Loving mother of Patricia Gomez(Brennan). Adored Nana of Dana, Kyle, and Jenna. Treasured sister-in-law of Betty Lees. Cherished aunt to David Lees, and Bob Lees and his children Russell and Sarah. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, who will remember her with love. Born in New Brunswick, she is the last of nine children. Throughout her life her door was always open and everyone was welcome. She loved being surrounded by family and friends both at home and "The Cottage". She loved volunteering at St. Patrick's Church, as well as spending time gardening, sewing, and cooking, especially her homemade bread. Her love was endless, her laughter contagious, and her faith and positive outlook was inspiring to all. Special thanks to the staff of the Seasons, Stoney Creek for their endless compassion, she genuinely loved all of you, and your support and kindness will never be forgotten. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 440 King St. E. on Thursday March 18, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. The Funeral can be live streamed by visiting www.stpatrickshamilton.ca Private Family interment to take place.
