Cecelia Cloutier Obituary
Cecelia Cecelia (Carter) (alias fingers) would have been 80 years old today, unfortunately she passed away on Thursday, June 10, 2021 and is survived by her siblings; Wallace Carter (deceased), Helen Tozer, Spike Carter, Susie Salisbury, Jack Carter, Bill Carter, Amy Rolfe and Ron Carter. She will also be missed by her best friend Gina Loverro.
Cecy was not only a Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Aunt, she was also a good friend to many.
Cecy also worked outside the home for many years, she worked for The Board of Education for over 17 years. She served on the Board of Directors at 2 Guise St Co-op, which is where she lived for over 17 years.
Cecy loved and was very proud of all her siblings and was there for anyone who needed her. If there was a crisis she was there.
She was a very loyal and dedicated sibling to all of us and will be deeply missed by all her family and many friends.
We love you and miss you!
