I got to know Lewis while working at the Dept of Corrections with him until his retirement. He truly was a gentle giant. He always had a beautiful smile and was willing to help whenever he could. I loved talking with Lewis because I always came away feeling that the day would be better after speaking with him. He had a peaceful demeanor and spirit about him which is unusual in this environment. He was truly committed to his job. I'm happy I had the pleasure to know Lewis! My deepest sympathies go out to everyone who loved Lewis. We WILL see him again!

My deepest love and prayers go out to the Bagnall family at this time. I grew up with Lewis. We enjoyed hanging out with our large group of friends. We had such fun. We learned how to dance. I remember fondly all of these wonderful times with Lewis.

Vivian, Sorry to hear of Lewis' passing. I remember well how much he cared for you and how excited he was at finding the love of his life while we all were attending Snow College. You were so dynamic and Lewis came alive around you. Lewis and I shared a small extra bond in addition to our friendship in that we were born on the same day. Victoria and I send our sympathy and best wishes to you and your family. The world has lost a stalwart. John

My deepest sympathies. Lewis lived just across the fence from me. We hung out a lot...mostly playing basketball in our back yards. Sorry to hear of his passing.
