Founding President of the first nationwide Physician Insurers Association of America. Only son of William A. and Christine V. Scheuber of Milwaukee; brother of Lois C. Scheuber, deceased; only stepson of Hildegard Kamilla Ludwig Scheuber of St. George, UT, deceased; survived by wife Sylvia of Martinez, and daughter Heidi Scheuber of New York City.
