MUCCILLI, Fiorino - After a short illness, Fiorino (Fiori) Muccilli passed away on October 29, 2012 at the age of 93, in Vancouver. After his military duty in WW II was over, Fiori moved to the west cost to marry his wife Eva. Born in Bojano, Italy he arrived in Toronto with his family at a very young age. Fiori was always a gentleman, full of happiness and had many memories which he related in his storytelling to all of his family and friends. When he came for visits to Toronto to see his mother, all of the family would gather to be with him. He loved the sight of the mountains in British Columbia which kept him there after the war. He loved his garden and an old fig tree that he cherished. Many family members travelled to Vancouver and always visited with him. He looked forward to seeing them at his home and touring with them around his beloved west coast. Fiori is predeceased by his wife Eva (Klepchuk) and his older sister Adeline (Fisher). He will be sadly missed by his brother Guido Mitchell, his two sisters Edith Mitchell and Pauline D'Agostino, his many nieces and nephews and all of his friends at the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
