We have lost yet another Great American. Uncle Joe, at age 19 was involved in one of the fiercest battles of WWII - Battle of the Bulge in the Ardennes. He would only speak briefly on it but his medals only confirm his service to his country. Early in my life I ran from him because I couldn't understand his zest, later in life I learned from him. God Bless you Uncle Joe, we love you and we will miss you.

For the rhubarb pie, the soup and the
friendship over the years, I'll miss you, Joe. And wish I had had a chance to tell you what a delight it was to
see at the auction the little rocker you made out of the broken lawn chairs. A man of many talents, kindnesses and interests. Fare thee
well!

So very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He and Lilly were good friends of my parents, John and Mary Coslo. Joe was always a happy go lucky guy, kind, funny and pleasant! Fond memories of him at my wedding, as one of my patients and just running in to him on any day. All around good guy! Heaven has another angel! God bless him and his family.
