Uncle Alf was always fun to be with when ever he came to town. Always a happy guy and willing to joke with us kids.

My fishing buddy Alf had a marvelous personality, everybody enjoyed his company. He will be sorely missed.

Alzheimers is a really terrible desease but dad stayed happy, smiling and still cracked jokes sometimes for such a long time. He was a favorite of the Nurses and (psw's)Personal Service Workers on his floor. He kabizted with them and always danced with them even if they didn't ask. My dad was a 10++.

My heart is full of wonderful memories and joyful times with my dad and family. I am missing him and his smile when we danced, sang, and generally fooled around also when he read to me out of the Legion Magazine. Alzheimers is a dreadfull desease and dad is now at peace.
