ARTHUR RANDOLPH (RANDY) PADMORE Beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend died suddenly in a car accident on Friday, May 22, 2009 in Mississauga. Randy was born in and loved Toronto. It was there he met the love of his life, Pauline. Together they raised two daughters, Delanie and Cassandra. Grandfather of Blaine and Shannon. Dear son of Carol Padmore and the late Eric Padmore. Brother of Estelle Padmore, uncle of Andreya and Andre Jordan (A.J.). 'He was famous.' 'The king of the grill.' Randy will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a multitude of friends and associates. He will be forever in our hearts. Funeral at Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst Street. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, May 29th, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral: Saturday 10:00 a.m. at Grant AME, 2029 Gerrard Street East, Toronto. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The Padmore family has asked, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Co-op Housing Federation of Toronto's Charitable Fund, charity number 88622 5853. The fund supports the work that Randy was doing with young people living in the Alexandra Park neighbourhood and raises money for the CHFT Diversity Scholarship Program.
