Obituary

CARSON EDWIN SHIPP Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, while attending the University of Western Ontario, London, in his 21st year. Beloved son of Gordon and Debbie Shipp. Much loved younger brother of Katelyn and Harrison. Loving grandson of Betty and the late E. A. White, and Harold and the late June Shipp. Carson was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by "Daphney", his extended family and numerous friends. Carson was born an original, a true leader. He will be remembered for his big smile, warm heart, brave strength, enthusiasm for life, love of learning, and problem solving skills. A special thank you to Dr. Gregory Bergey, Rebecca Fisher and their team at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore; the medical team at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto and Dr. Michael Wong of Mississauga for their commitment to Carson. A private family service will be held. A Celebration of Carson's Life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to John's Hopkins University, (www.hopkinsmedicine.org/neurology_neurosurgery/), or to the Sunnybrook Foundation Neurology Department (www.sunnybrook.ca).
