Dr. Chater Sen Gelda

DR. CHATER SEN GELDA Dr. Chater Sen Gelda has lived a full life and successful career as an Executive and Scientist. His illustrious existence began on July 25, 1924 in India. His countless credentials include B.Sc at University of Allahabad, M.Sc 1958 at University of Minnesota and Ph.D 1963 at University of Minnesota. He is also founder and chair of Gelda Scientific Gelda Foods, recipient of the Canada Excellence Gold Award, member of the Cancer Society and International Society of Krishna Consciousness. Dr. Sen Gelda, also known as Sukadeva Das, passed away suddenly but peacefully in Mississauga. Dr. Sen Gelda will be greatly and sadly missed by children Arvind, Mukesh and Meena; daughters-in-law Jaimala and Yuklin Gelda; son-in-law Vijay; grandchildren Anuradha, Anita and husband Freedom, Anupuma and husband Kaushal, Arjun and Krishna. He is also leaving his sister Sushila and nephews Prahshant, Devender, Krishna, Karuna and Chitra in India. Dr. Gelda is one truly amazing grandfather, father, mentor, guru and companion. His presence will be greatly missed. Though he has left us all; he will never be forgotten.
