So sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Ford. He was a kind and patient
doctor and always had the time to see me. He sent me to a surgeon in
Milton when the staff at the local hospital sent me home and i ended up
having emergency surgery. Thank you Dr. Ford. RIP

I have known Dr. Ford for over 30 years. There are no words to convey how deeply saddened I am to hear of his passing. Dr Ford was a compassionate and loving man and he will never ever be replaced. My deepest condolences to Jeannette and his family.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dr.Ford's passing. He was my doctor for 34 years. He was a wonderful doctor who was always pleasant with a good sense of humour. He was very dedicated to his patients and he will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to Jeanette and family.

The news of DR. Ford's passing has saddened our family. For over thirty years he was always there for us. We will remember his wise and kindly ways and he will remain forever in our hearts. May God welcome him home and give his peace and strength to Jeanette and the children.

There shall never exist another Dr. Jackie Ford. He was such an exceptional, caring, wonderful family physician. I shall never, ever forget the kindness and compassion he extended to me, my husband and family. When my husband was dying from a malignant brain tumour, Dr. Ford took the time to even visit at our home. I am at a loss for words to express my deepest sympathy to Jeannette and his children.
