Janusz Opala Obituary

OPALA, Janusz John Ryszard After over 25 heroic and patient years living with Multiple Sclerosis, succumbed to its complications at the McCall Long Term Care Centre on August 23, 2008. He is lovingly remembered by his son Wojciech Andrzej (Agata) and daughter Tinka; predeceased by his parents Jadwiga and Jan Opala and by his former wife Sophie Rozycki; mourned by his sister Lidia (Andrzej) Suplinska and brothers Wieslaw (Anna) Opala and Andrzej (Jolanta) Opala in Poland. His family would like to thank the McCall and Trillium Staff and caregivers for their care for the past 15 years. Friends will be received at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE MISSISSAUGA, 1535 South Gateway Road (Dixie Rd., 2 lights south of Eglinton) 905-602-1580 on Monday, August 25, 2008 from 6-9 p.m. Prayer service at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 4260 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
