da ROCHA, Joaquim Moniz Passed away suddenly, surrounded by his family on Monday, March 17, 2008 at Toronto East General Hospital at the age of 70. Loving husband to Maria dos Anjos for over 47 years. Survived by his children Helena, Maria (Ben Smoke), Ana (Joe Lefevre), Rosa (Dan Paterson), and son-in-law Frank Grotsch. Adored 'Vavo' to his grandchildren Linsey, Caitlin, Joshua, Rebecca, Meghan, and Amelia. Dear brother to Maria, Antonio, Augusto, Josi and the late Francisco and Conceigco . Visitation will be held at PINE HILLS VISITATION CHAPEL AND RECEPTION CENTRE (625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough north of St. Clair 416-267-8229) on Friday, March 21, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, March 22 at 2:00 p.m. Entombment to follow.
