MCCULLOUGH, John (Jack) - Peacefully after a brief illness, on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at the Toronto East General Hospital. John, in his 80th year, dear brother of Diane Butko, Carol Moore and Anne McCullough and survived by his nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by Nancy and John L'Estrange. "We'll miss you Uncle Jack" A Memorial Service to celebrate John's life will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 4 to 9 p.m. at The Balmy Beach Club (at the foot of Beech Ave.), Toronto, 416-691-9962.
