MARY ANN WITTERICK

MARY ANN WITTERICK (nee JEZ) MaryAnn passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at the age of 77. MaryAnn was the beloved wife of John for 53 years and adored mother of Craig and Crystal. She will be deeply missed by them and her daughter-in-law Michelle Witterick and son-in-law John Laskin. MaryAnn had a special bond and relationship with her granddaughters Sophia Witterick- Laskin and MacKenzie Witterick. Her legacy is in their strength, determination, smiles and laughter. She will be sadly missed by her sister LillyAnn Jez and her brother-in-law Larry Schreib, her brother Ted Jez and his wife Carolyn, her nephews Richard (Patty), David and Christopher. She will also be missed by her many friends and her grand-dog Abby and grand-cat Tyson. MaryAnn and John operated Flowerland Florists in Burlington for over 40 years and generously opened her heart to her customers and the community. Her tremendous talent as a designer was as great as her talent for listening, calming excited brides and offering sympathy and support. MaryAnn will live forever in our hearts and memories.
