I was shocked to see Penny had passed away when I went on the Sciece Media Centre of Canada. She was a good friend - smart, funny and caring. She will be missed dearly.

Penny was a Yoga Student in Yoga 4 Immune System, with me. She came to Yoga on and off over approximately 3 years. She brought her curiosity, and her courage and her wisdom to the classes. She was humble and straight up, and truly a delight to work with. Her intelligence was ever present in the classes. I am sad that she has passed but I know the last while was a struggle, and increasingly difficult. And while those of us here, may be at loss, she is at rest and at ease. And I am grateful for that.

Devastated by the sad news. Penny had been a very long term friend all the way back to Montreal and I always enjoyed meals and spirited conversations with her. My heart goes out Mr. & Mrs. Park and Venessa. Penny will be sadly missed.
