Dear Holmes Family,
My sincerest sympathy, as you honour the life of your late dad, grandfather, and great-grand father. I remember Ray well from my time at St. Joseph's, as well as the lovely Rita, having spent time with her when she was in hospital.
I am currently undergoing studies in Italy, otherwise I would surely have been there for Ray's funeral. Be assured that I will offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for Ray over here and I will be remembering all of you in my prayers as well.
May God bless you always,
Fr. Edward Curtis
