August 26, 1956 - November 9, 2016 (Formerly from Calgary, Alberta)
With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Ron on November 9, 2016. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his mother Rita and father Ken (deceased), his brothers and sister Rick and Cindy, Steve and Ruth Ann, Kevin and Lori and Kathleen and Andy. His nieces and nephews Mary-Beth and Pete, Chris and Amanda, Adam and Amber, Megan, Patrick, Jason, Matthew, Jordan and Morgan. His great-nieces and nephews Reilly, Gavin, Peyton, Rachel, Gabriella and Benjamin. He will be sadly missed by his extended family, aunts, uncles and cousins. His good friend Dave Kelly of Calgary. A celebration of Ron's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 345, 81 Peard Rd., East York, ON (just north of St. Clair/Victoria Park), on Friday, November 18, 2016, 6 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please do an act of kindness with Ron in mind.

I am so sad to hear of Ron's passing. Your family is in my thoughts & prayers. Remembering Ron, a special friend with a big heart & a sense of humor that was endless. He could always make me laugh. Many Years of good memories remain. Rest Peacefully Old Friend.

Dear Graham Family,
I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Ron. It has been many years since I saw Ron, but thought of him often. He was a such a sweet individual. We had so much fun ballooning in the old days, he was always up for any adventure. Gentle breezes my friend.

I wish to offer my most sincere condolences for your family and all who knew and loved him. Ron was an exceptional man...he was kind, generous and dedicated to his family...he told me so many stories of his nieces and nephews and his crazy aunt June...he always looked forward to seeing her. He was a fantastic balloon pilot..safety first always...gosh I could go on, but it's all so sad...
prayers are being sent for courage, and peace in your hearts. :'(
