RUTH EMILY HART-STEPHENS Co-Founder of Toronto Auto Auctions; Vice-President of Canadian Business Development Manheim Canada; Past-President and Hall of Fame Inductee to the National Auto Auction Association. Passed away unexpectedly in Sarasota, Florida on Friday, December 28, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Homer Stephens. Much loved mother of Bradley and Nancy, and Sherry and Steve. Loving Nana of Peter, Riley, Emily and Kira. She will be fondly remembered by her family and friends for her generosity, compassion and endless energy. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter 'Peel' Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at Islington United Church, 25 Burnhamthorpe Road, Toronto on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
