JOHN HOWARD (JACK) SECORD March 9, 1921 - February 16, 2009 Passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 16, 2009 in his 88th year. Dear husband of Anna. Father to Penny, Charlotte, Susan and Mark. Grandfather of 8 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 7 great-grandchildren. Brother of Jean Long, Agnus Gosnell and Bill Secord. Jack was a WWII Veteran with the RCAF and founder of Secord Manufacturing. The family will receive friends at DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home, BURLINGTON CHAPEL, 2241 New Street (at Drury Lane), Burlington, (905-637-5233) on Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Reception to follow.
