EMMANOUIL SIMEON Obituary

EMMANOUIL (MIKE) SIMEON With deep sadness we announce the passing of Emmanouil (Mike) Simeon at the age of 79 peacefully at home surrounded by his family on January 4, 2017 . Born on December 9, 1937 in Agia Paraskevi (Sfeta Petka) in Macedonia, Greece. Predeceased by his father and mother Evangelos (Blazhe) and Pandora Simeon. He leaves his wife of 50 years Christina (Giftopoulos) Simeon, his twin sons Joseph (Zoe) and Peter (Maria), loving grandchildren Michael, Nico, Christopher and Evan. He is survived by his brother Peter (Kay), nieces Mary (Paul) and Tina (Carlo) and many family and friends. Visitation and funeral services will be held at Meadowvale Visitation Centre. Visitation on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 1-3 and 4-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to the Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation.
