I had the good fortune of working with Rosemary at Subud Toronto from January 1985 until last March in various committee and Board of Directors roles.
In 1985 Subud Toronto had outgrown its premises at 1189 Woodbine Avenue and was looking to sell its present property and find a more suitable location that could also generate some rental income. Rosemary was enlisted as a real estate agent and a Subud Toronto member to work with the New Premise Search Sub-Committee to find a new location.
With the immense help of Rosemary, the new location at 2170 Danforth Avenue was found and purchased.
In April 2008, Rosemary became a member of the Board of Directors of Subud Toronto and was instrumental in giving excellent real estate advice to ensure market value leases.
Rosemary was a team player and will be greatly missed.
God bless you, Rosemary, on your journey home.

We are sending our heartfelt, deepest condolences to Rosemarys family.
We were adamant followers of the television series in which she starred and remember her roles as a striking and talented actress.
Sadly, we did not have the privilege of meeting the beautiful and extraordinary
Rosemary. Yet, she touched our hearts through her also beautiful and gifted
daughter, Miranda, who is the partner to our son Christopher.

May You Rest in Peace, Rosemary. Sweet Dreams.
Forever fans,

The announcement of Rosemary's passing has been a shock to me. My former wife Sandy and I met Rosemary in 1985 when she helped us through a difficult time when we were trying to sell our first house and buy a bigger one for our growing family as we adopted our two boys. She went above and beyond to help us. A bond was created and she became like part of our family. Over a glass of wine she and Sandy would share the joys and challenges of their lives. When Sandy succumbed to cancer in 2008 Rosemary was there for me and continued to maintain her warm and enduring friendship. Although I am living in Vancouver we constantly stayed in touch. I will miss our telephone chats and visits when I was in Toronto. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to her children and everyone who will also miss her.

Rest peacefully, Rosemary
You will be missed

Rosemary's unexpected passing has been both a shocking and incredibly sad experience. As the mother of my step-children, and the former wife of my long-time partner, Ken Gass, her death is a profound loss for each of them absolutely, and also for myself. Over the years, Rosemary and I developed and maintained a warm friendship, and her skill and dedication not only helped Ken and I find our current home, but she also worked extremely hard (and for no fee) to help me find available and affordable (ie, free) real estate for various art projects. With her characteristic smile, professional warmth, and attention to detail, she made things happen. I'll truly miss seeing Rosemary at our next family gathering, and know that along with the missing, will also exist her memory as continuing presence in the room. Rest peacefully Rosemary. With love, Marian

I met Rosemary through her son at a birthday party, and we instantly struck up a conversation that lasted hours. Months later she helped me with some real estate matters, giving me expert advise. It was a tough time in my life, and she was happy to be there for me for personal and emotional support, beyond the real estate stuff. Rosemary was a wonderful person who I enjoyed numerous chats with, especially when she had humourous stories about the family she loved. May she rest peacefully, knowing that she left behind wonderful people behind.
