Agnes KIENLEN Obituary
December 23, 1909 – June 27, 2014
Mrs. Agnes Regina (nee Rechenmacher) Kienlen of Stensrud Lodge, Saskatoon, SK, (and formerly of the Burr district), passed away at her residence on Friday, June 27, 2014. She was 104 years of age. Agnes is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Hessam; and sister-in-law, Lena Rechenmacher. She was predeceased by her husband, Emil W. Kienlen; daughter, Geraldine Hunks; grandson, David Hunks; parents, Anton and Mary (nee Diederichs) Rechenmacher; and by two sons-in-law: Douglas Hessam and Reginald Hunks. The Prayer Service for Agnes will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., celebrated by Fr. Ephraim Mensah. Interment will follow at St. Scholastica R.C. Cemetery near Burr. Memorial donations may be directed to either the St. Augustine Parish Building Fund or to a charity of your choice. I work in the care home where Agnes lived.....she was one of my favorite little friends there. A very sweet lady. Along life with lots of things to remember.
